We utilize the following equipment

  • (10) sheet cutting lasers including C02 and Fiber Optic with 6’ x 14’ tables (up to 24’ in length with extensions) capable of processing up to 1” thick material.
  • (15) press brakes rated as high as 360 ton providing a maximum length of 14’ bending up to 1/2” plate. Punch rates vary from 220 hits up to 1,000 hits per minute.
  • (1) BLM tube laser for structural steel processing up to 8” channel, 3/8” thick with a reach of 27’-10”.
  • (4) powder coat facilities strategically located in various states.
  • (2) CNC routers with 5’ x 10’ tables for our UHMW plastic line.
